ANDRÉ A. AUGIER Managing Director
André A. Augier is a Managing Director of W.Y. Campbell & Company having joined the Company in 1988. Prior to joining W.Y. Campbell & Company, Mr. Augier was employed as an officer with transactional responsibility in the Corporate Finance Department at First of Michigan Corporation where he worked extensively in the divestiture arena. Previously, Mr. Augier held a position with the firm's Public Finance Department where, acting as an underwriter and financial advisor, he initiated and structured tax-exempt public debt offerings. Mr. Augier is fluent in French, a graduate of Michigan State University's School of Business where he received his B.A. in Finance and of Walsh College where he received his Masters of Science in Finance with Honors.

WILLIAM Y. CAMPBELL Managing Director
William Y. Campbell has been a Managing Director of W.Y. Campbell & Company since its inception in 1988. Prior to forming W.Y. Campbell & Company, he served for six years with First of Michigan Corporation as a Senior Vice President and Co-manager of investment banking. From 1982 to 1983, Mr. Campbell was an officer with Standard Federal Bank in Troy, Michigan involved in the implementation and development of their commercial lending activities. Prior to 1982, he was with Michigan National Corporation in various capacities including the management of credit administration, a lending officer for national and metropolitan accounts, and ultimately as a group head in a special lending section. He is currently the Chairman of Peninsula Capital Partners L.L.C. and a Managing Director of Huron Capital Partners L.L.C. Mr. Campbell received his B.A. from Albion College and his M.B.A. from Bowling Green State University. He is a registered Financial Principal.

TY T. CLUTTERBUCK Managing Director
Ty T. Clutterbuck is a Managing Director of W.Y. Campbell & Company with a focus on advising companies on divestitures and related valuation issues. His clients have included both middle market and large companies as well as leading private equity firms, privately owned and publicly traded companies. Mr. Clutterbuck has extensive experience in manufacturing, distribution and services businesses and has advised both healthy companies as well as distressed companies including various bankruptcy processes. Prior to joining W.Y. Campbell & Company in 1999, Mr. Clutterbuck was a Senior Investment Banker in the Mergers & Acquisitions Group of Raymond James & Associates, Inc. focusing on advising middle market industrial companies in various merger and acquisition transactions.
Previously Mr. Clutterbuck served in various management positions with Price Waterhouse, LLP, an international accounting and professional services firm, in the Chicago office. Mr. Clutterbuck's experience with Price Waterhouse includes both audit and transaction services where he provided due diligence, structuring and valuation consulting services to both corporate clients and private equity groups. Mr. Clutterbuck earned a B.A. in Accounting from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio and an M.B.A. from the University of Michigan, high distinction, where he was a member of Beta Gamma Sigma. Mr. Clutterbuck is a certified public accountant and holds a Series 7 and 63 securities license.

BRIAN T. DRAGON Managing Director
Brian T. Dragon is a Managing Director of W.Y. Campbell & Company. Prior to joining W.Y. Campbell & Company in 1997, Mr. Dragon held the position of Vice President within Comerica Bank's Metropolitan Loan Group and Experienced Staff Consultant with Andersen Consulting. He earned a B.S. in engineering from Michigan State University and an M.B.A. from the University of Michigan where he graduated first in his class.

WILLIAM F. McKINLEY Managing Director
William F. McKinley has been a Managing Director of W.Y. Campbell & Company since its inception in 1988. Prior to the formation of W.Y. Campbell & Company, Mr. McKinley held the position of Vice President in the Corporate Finance Department of First of Michigan Corporation where he was involved in structuring and negotiating mergers and directing the capital transactions necessary to consummate them. Mr. McKinley has also held positions in securities research and a position with a major bank holding company structuring interest rate swap arbitrage programs. He is currently an Executive Vice President of Peninsula Capital Partners L.L.C. and a Managing Director of Huron Capital Partners L.L.C. Mr. McKinley received his B.S. from Babson College, and received his M.B.A. from the Fuqua School of Business, Duke University.

ROBERT S. PARKER Managing Director
Robert S. Parker is a Managing Director with W.Y. Campbell & Company. Mr. Parker joined W.Y. Campbell & Company from UBS Warburg in Los Angeles, California. While at UBS Warburg, Mr. Parker was an Associate Director in the Investment Banking department where he was involved in mergers, acquisitions, public offerings, private placements, and leveraged buyout transactions. Mr. Parker also worked for Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette as an Associate in the Mergers and Acquisition Group. Prior to completing his Master of Business Administration, Mr. Parker also worked for Ernst & Young in their National Tax Department in Washington, DC. Mr. Parker received his Master of Business Administration from The University of Michigan Business School and a B.A. from The University of Michigan College of Literature, Science and Arts.

CLIFTON H. ROESLER Managing Director
Clifton H. Roesler is a Managing Director of W.Y. Campbell & Company, having joined the firm in 1995. He worked previously for Coopers & Lybrand L.L.P., where he served as a lead M&A transaction advisor in its corporate finance group with responsibilities which included transaction leadership for domestic and cross-border divestitures, acquisitions and financial restructuring. He also has prior experience with an equity investment/buy-out group specializing in middle market turnarounds and small cap acquisitions. Mr. Roesler is a graduate of The University of Michigan where he earned a B.A., M.B.A. and M.S.E. (Master of Engineering).

KURT L. HARAS Director
Kurt L. Haras is a Director of W.Y. Campbell & Company. Prior to joining W.Y. Campbell & Company in 2001, Mr. Haras served as an officer in the Corporate Finance department at Fahnestock & Company, where he was involved in mergers, acquisitions, public offerings, private placements, and business valuations. Prior to joining Fahnestock, he worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP in the Corporate Value Consulting practice where he performed business valuations for estate, tax, and transaction purposes. Mr. Haras graduated from Michigan State University with a B.A. in Accounting and an M.B.A. with distinction from the University of Michigan. Mr. Haras is a certified public accountant.

DEAN L. HARDEN Director of Asian Markets
Dean L. Harden is the Director of Asian Markets for W.Y. Campbell & Company. Mr. Harden joins WYC&C with broad international banking and industry experience including 15 years with Hong Kong Shanghai Bank Corporation (HSBC). His experience includes lending, capital sourcing and financial advisory projects in Asia, Africa, and Europe and he brings us this diverse cadre of contacts from this broad spectrum in financial and business services, manufacturing and consumer products. Mr. Harden was born in Hong Kong and has lived in China most of his life. He earned a BA in Chinese Studies and Economics from the University of Michigan.

JAMES W. S. HILMER Director
James W. S. Hilmer is a Director of W.Y. Campbell & Company. Prior to joining W.Y. Campbell & Company in 1995, Mr. Hilmer was an officer with Comerica Securities, the investment banking arm of Comerica Inc. Mr. Hilmer received his B.S.S. from the University of Massachusetts, and received his M.B.A., graduating Magna Cum Laude, from Babson College Business School.

CRAIG M. MELEGARI, JR. Director
Craig M. Melegari, Jr. is a Director with W.Y. Campbell & Company. Prior to joining W.Y. Campbell & Company in 1998, Mr. Melegari served as a member of MellonBank's global institutional lending team where he was involved in structuring and underwriting credit transactions for clients within the financial services industry. Previously, he served as a member of the Global Securities Lending Group of Mellon Trust. Mr. Melegari graduated with an M.B.A. in Finance from the Katz Graduate School of Business at the University of Pittsburgh, where he was a member of Beta Gamma Sigma, and holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of Michigan.

HELEN HUANG Vice President
Helen Huang is a Vice President of W.Y. Campbell and Company. Ms. Huang has worked for W.Y. Campbell and Company's parent company, Comerica Bank for 12 years. Before she transferred to China in September 2005 to establish the Shanghai office, Ms. Huang was responsible for corporate banking and worked in various divisions within the organization including Technology and Life Sciences, Middle Market Banking, Small Business Banking and Special Assets. Her current responsibilities include helping the company's clients who are engaged in business with China as well as those interested in China exposure. At the same time, she also helps Chinese companies interested in investing in the United States to connect with needed sources. Ms. Huang was born in Shanghai, China and obtained her Bachelor of Economics degree from East China Normal University in Shanghai with a major in International Finance. She also obtained her MBA degree from San Jose University in California.

KEVIN R. MARSH - Vice President
Kevin R. Marsh is a Vice President of W.Y. Campbell & Company. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Marsh acted as the advisor or principal investor on over fifteen transactions, most recently with Questor Management Company, LLC, a private equity firm with $1.1 billion of capital focused on turnarounds and special situations. His industry experience includes aerospace and defense, automotive, transportation, industrial manufacturing, consumer products, and business services.
Prior to joining Questor, Mr. Marsh worked in J.P. Morgan's investment banking group, where he held transaction execution roles on mergers, acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, debt and equity financings, and recapitalizations. Mr. Marsh holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with high distinction in Finance and Accounting from the University of Michigan's Ross School of Business, where he was a member of Beta Gamma Sigma.

GREGORY S. McGOWAN Vice President
Gregory S. McGowan is a Vice President at W.Y. Campbell & Company. Prior to joining W.Y. Campbell & Company in 2006, Mr. McGowan served with both Woodward Capital Advisors and Deloitte Corporate Finance LLC where he worked on numerous investment banking advisory assignments with large public companies and small privately held companies in the execution of middle market transactions. He specializes in the advisory of mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, capital raising and joint ventures.
Mr. McGowan earned a B.A with honors in Finance from Michigan State University and a M.B.A with high distinction from the University of Michigan, where he was a member of Beta Gamma Sigma. He is a licensed securities representative, holding his Series 7 and 63 registrations.

MATTHEW K. ZWACK Vice President
Matthew K. Zwack is a Vice President of W.Y. Campbell & Company. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Zwack was the Chief Financial Officer of a privately held company involved in the steel manufacturing, processing and waste industries. During his tenure, Mr. Zwack developed a proven track record of successfully managing businesses despite adverse financial conditions and a distressed economic environment. In addition to executive management, Mr. Zwack held various transaction and analyst roles at P&M Corporate Finance, LLC, Bank of America, NT&SA and Comerica Bank. Mr. Zwack earned a B.B.A. in Finance from the University of Iowa and an M.B.A. with high distinction from the University of Michigan Ross School of Business, where he was a member of Beta Gamma Sigma.

LEYTH WEBB Assistant Vice President
Leyth R. Webb is an Assistant Vice President and Associate Broker with W.Y. Campbell & Company. He is also an Assistant Vice President and Associate Broker with Comerica Bank. Mr. Webb has served as Senior Property Manager in Comerica Bank's Trust Real Estate Department for the past eleven years and was with Comerica Bank's Other Real Estate Owned Group for three years. Previously Mr. Webb served as a sales and leasing specialist for River Place Properties and Ford Motor Land Development. Mr. Webb holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Central Michigan University.

CHRISTOPHER J. MANCUSO Associate
Christopher J. Mancuso is an Associate at W.Y. Campbell & Company. Prior to joining the firm in 2006, Mr. Mancuso was employed by General Electric Company in their Aviation and Transportation Divisions. Chris has also worked for the U.S. Chamber of Commerce in Washington DC and with Morgan Stanley. Mr. Mancuso has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Political Science from the University of Michigan.

ALEXANDER J. SCHROEDER Associate
Alexander J. Schroeder is an Associate at W.Y. Campbell & Company. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Schroeder was an Analyst at Duff & Phelps LLC in the Corporate Value Consulting practice. At Duff & Phelps, Mr. Schroeder performed business valuations for financial reporting, tax, and transaction purposes. Mr. Schroeder has also worked for General Motors Corporation and Lear Corporation. Mr. Schroeder graduated with honors from Michigan State University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Finance.

TRACEY McINCHAK Chief Administrative Officer and Controller
Tracey McInchak is the Chief Administrative Officer and Controller with W.Y. Campbell & Company. Her responsibilities include general administrative oversight, preparation and analysis of financial reports and management of the corporate communications. Prior to joining W.Y. Campbell & Company in 2004, Ms. McInchak spent five years with The Alpha Group where her responsibilities included preparation and analysis of financial statements for multiple companies, human resource implementation and administration.

Dawn Colby has served as an Administrative Assistant with W.Y. Campbell & Company since 1999. Her responsibilities include providing administrative support to our senior level investment banking professionals often involving direct client contact. Prior to her employment with the Company, she served in various administrative capacities with Red Apple Morley Corporation.
